We want your accessories to fit right and hold up to daily wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

Unworn, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What can't be returned

• Earrings and body jewelry for hygiene reasons
• Sunglasses with scratched or damaged lenses
• Items worn, washed, or with tags removed
• Products marked Final Sale at time of purchase

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email info@hypefame.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

Email info@hypefame.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Since checkout is tax-free, refunds reflect the full amount paid.
