Are your accessories unisex?
Most of our hats, bags, chains, and gloves are designed unisex. Product pages list specific sizing where it matters — hat circumference, bag capacity in liters, or ring size.
How do I clean a snapback or beanie?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For machine-washable items, use cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid hot dryers — they shrink cotton blends and warp structured caps.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on international shipping and will announce it on our social channels when it opens.
What's your return policy?
Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details, including exceptions, are on our Return Policy page.
Are your prices tax-free?
Yes — checkout is tax-free on all U.S. orders. The price you see on the product page is the total you pay before shipping, which is also free.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Our stainless steel and sterling silver pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. Gold-plated items are noted on their product pages. Check the material specs before ordering if you have sensitive skin.
